Motions

Motion in the name of Councillor Alison Gilliland

The North Central Committee recognises the extinguishment of the underground path from Cromcastle Road to the Northside Shopping Centre and the upgrading of the Northside Shopping Centre exterior, the DCC Swimming Pool and the building of a new primary care centre on the Cromcastle Road. However, the North Central Committee also recognises the waste green space between Cromcastle Road and the Northside Shopping Centre at the corner of the Kilmore Rd. Therefore, the North Central Committee seeks that a plan be put in place in consultation with the local community to re-model this space so as it becomes a beneficial enhancement to the local community.
