6e

Motion in the name of Councillor Sean Paul Mahon

That the Parks Department, the Dangerous Buildings Section and the Waste Disposal Department would work together to resolve once and for all problems in relation to the public open space at the end of Greencastle Avenue. This will involve the removal of the boundary fence erected by Dublin Corporation many years ago and which is now in a poor and dangerous condition. It will also involve ensuring that the second boundary fence erected behind the first boundary fence at Malahide Road Industrial Park/Irish Shipping and Transport Ltd. is in a safe and secure condition. The full length of this boundary fence is 120ft approx. In addition, over- growth and shrubbery at this location will have to be removed in the interest of child safety.

Minutes:

Order:  Report to Councillor.
