Motion in the name of Councillor John Lyons This Area Committee calls on Dublin City Council officials to ensure that the newly refurbished Clontarf baths facilities are made as accessible and affordable to as many members of the general public as possible.

Motion in the name of Councillor Deirdre Heney That this area Committee agrees that, in the context of new private developments in the North Central Area, care should be taken to ensure the planting of suitable tree specimens for residential areas so as to prevent situations such as that which pertained, for example, in the Meadows Estate, where trees had to be removed and replaced, due to the unsuitability of the particular specimen of tree originally planted;
