That the Central Area Committee calls upon the Housing Department to set aside funding to allow for a thorough window and door cleaning programme take place in St. Michan's House, Green Street on foot of the dust and dirt caused by the MUGA building works parallel to Blocks A & B as well as the demolition work undertaken as part of the former Motor Tax Office building redevelopment.

That the Committee agrees to plant a tree in Liberty Park, Railway Street, Dublin 1, in memory of the late James Gunnery, who was a resident of Foley Street and was a great man in the community in times past.

That the Committee would consider naming the new development at Liberty House after Christina Caffrey, (in agreement with the family) who was the youngest child killed in 1916 and lived in Corporation Place at the time.

That this Area Committee pilot an underground glass recycling facility within the central area as is common in many other countries, perhaps outside the railings of Mountjoy Square or nearby as the area between the Fruit Markets and North Strand has no glass recycling (see https://www.repak.ie/for-home/facilities-search/).

That this Area Committee seek to retain the last remaining early ‘Monto’ houses on Railway Street, Dublin 1 and requests a Conservation and Archaeology Report from the Dublin City Planning Officer, Conservation Officer and Archaeologist on their history, current state and potential for re-use.
