Motion in the name of Councillor Christy Burke The Central Area Committee congratulates Elaine Dooley and Lauren Lawless and thanks the sponsors of DCC, Dublin Docklands, Ilac Centre, the Committee of Sheriff Street and the Gardaí for providing a wonderful day out for the beautiful little Princess April Banks. We also thank the Sheriff Club for the use of the hall. ORDER: Agreed. Motion in the name of Councillor Nial Ring That this Committee requests the Traffic Management Department, as a matter of urgency, to examine the traffic situation at Grangegorman Lower at the entrance to the school at Fitzwilliam Place North (Off Grangegorman Lower) with a view to immediately banning construction traffic from Grangegorman Lower during school drop off and pick up times. In addition, major traffic calming measure for the road should be examined and considered. ORDER: Report to Councillor Motion in the name of Councillor Nial Ring That this Committee writes to Dublin Bus requesting that the terminus on East Road, East Wall be immediately moved as it is causing major traffic disruption at its current location.
