Motion in the name of Councillor Claire Byrne 'That this Strategic Policy Committee agrees that Dublin City Council will, in advance of the City hosting Circular Hot Spot in 2023 and to help reach its climate targets, will a step up its efforts towards becoming a more Circular City by: · Becoming a signatory of the EU Circular Cities Declaration · Actively developing solutions to both commercial and domestic food waste in the City · Increasing public recycling infrastructure across the City, including food waste · Increase public drinking water fountains across the City · Creating 'Reuse' points in our Bring Centres across the City · Introducing 'Circular Sundays' in the City to promote the Circular Economy
