Presentation by Naoise McDonnell, Acting Senior Executive Planner, on planning application SHD0008/21 (ABP-310077-21) for the construction of 260 No. apartments, residential amenity facilities, and associated site works, at Belmayne P4, The corner of Churchwell Road and Churchwell Crescent, Belmayne, Dublin 13.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions no members were physically present at the meeting but were given remote access to meeting via Zoom. All of the members who participated in the meeting raised questions with the planner and made the following observations/comments through the chairperson.
