Order:    a) Presentation given by John Pollock, Project Director,                          Ingrid McElroy Community Benefits Programme Manager                 and Eilish Hardiman, CEO Children’s Hospital GroupThe                   Presentation was recorded by Wildfire Films who are                      making a documentary on the progression of new Hospital                  to full completion which is anticipated to take                                          approximately 4 years.  Presentation noted.

b)  Agreed. Recommend to Council.

c)  Agreed. The members agreed to provide a Christmas tree      in the Drimnagh area from any monies unspent from the   2018 Discretionary Fund. In the event that no monies are        available from the 2018 Fund the members agreed that the       project would be charged against the 2019 Discretionary Fund.

d)  Deferred until the March Meeting.

e)  Agreed

f)   The following nominees were selected: - Councillor Greg Kelly and Councillor Paul Hand.

g)  Report noted.

h)  Verbal report noted.

i)   A report was given and was noted by the Members, (see         attachment).
