The Manager updated the Members on the following issues:

 

·        The Chief Executive’s Office will publish a new Draft Polling Scheme for public consultation in November with a view to it coming before the Council in January 2019.

·        Brendan Kenny is currently working on proposals for a new Area Structure following the revisions to electoral boundaries. It is envisaged that a report will go to the Group Leaders for consultation before the end of the year.

·        The Corporate pocket diaries for 2019 will be circulated to Councillors in the coming weeks.

·        The County and City Management Association will be issuing new proposals concerning representations from Elected Members in light of GDPR.
