Depot Consolidation Report - Identified for Housing Projects Verbal Update Additional documents: Minutes: The Deputy Chief Executive gave a verbal report on the use of smaller depots under the proposal to consolidate DCC depots into 2 larger city-wide facilities. The following considerations were raised:
· Super depot rationale · Feasibility studies for smaller depot site for public housing and recreational/community facilities · Potential disposal of smaller depot sites · Partnerships with Approved Housing Bodies to deliver housing on depot sites · Barriers that hinder more speedier development · Consultation with local communities

Homelessness Report PDF 427 KB Additional documents: Minutes: Apologies from the Director of DRHE, Ms Eileen Gleeson, were noted. The Homelessness Report was presented by the Deputy Chief Executive and was noted.
The following considerations were raised:
