Emergency Motion No. 6 from Councillor Paul McAuliffe Following the tender process and the publication of the specifications and standards of the timber frame, brick clad homes to be developed at the Baile Na Laochra Rapid Housing Site. Dublin City Council now call on the Assistant City Manager for Housing to reconsider the proposed 18 month licence agreement granted on such rapid housing sites and call on him to instead grant longer terms licences or tenancies to those residents being allocated homes.”, Order: it was agreed at the Corporate Policy Group/Group Leaders meeting (dated 7^th December 2015) that this motion would be referred to the next meeting of the Housing SPC.
8.	Motion in the name of Councillor Greg Kelly That this Housing SPC draw up a feasibility report, the terms of reference to be decided by the SPC, with the view to establishing a Dublin City Housing Association to allow access to funding from finance agencies for the building of social housing in Dublin City and a progress report on this motion will be issued to the forthcoming Housing SPC.
