New Anti-Social Policy Update

Alice Simington, Senior Executive Officer provided members with a presentation

to expand on the report provided. The presentation detailed consultation,

literature review, focus of the new strategy, Local Authority and community

safety. Presentation covered areas such as Local Authority powers to tackle

anti-social behaviour, legal powers and the courts process as well as

prevention and early intervention in Estate Management.

Phase II of the insulation programme update

Shane Hawkshaw, Senior Executive Engineer provided members with a

presentation to expand on the report provided. Information was provided on

the Boiler Replacement Programme, Better Energy Community Schemes

Programme and the Energy Efficiency Programme and challenges involved.

Agreed : Post meeting, members agreed that the January Housing SPC

meeting shall cover topics not completed at the December meeting.
