4.	Motion in the name of Cllr. Cieran Perry This committee calls on the Chief Executive to desist with the proposal to move the Housing Department Caretaker service from a complex based service to a Squad Based system as part of the current restructuring of Caretaker services. We believe this proposal will lead to a lesser service for our tenants. Additional documents: Webcast for 4. Minutes: That this SPC instructs the manager to maintain the method of compiling homeless figures as it had been in February on this year, and to maintain this method for at least the next 18 months.
