The presentation on the results of the DCC Pilot Residential Vacancy Study will be distributed to members. The presentation will also be submitted to Department of Housing for information in the preparation of national policy on vacant housing.
Members were advised that key findings arising from a DCC study of the short-term lettings market in Dublin are expected for dissemination for April 2018.

Motion in the name of Cllr Alison Gilliland Recognising the very limited social amenities, public play areas and public green spaces in Belmayne, this Council calls for the MUGA planned under the Ayrfield Public Private Partnership (Planning Reference 311/2017) be delivered as the first element of this planning proposal so that current residents are provided with a tangible social amenity.

AOB Additional documents: Minutes: The Chair acknowledged the contribution of Catherine Kenny (Dublin Simon Community) to the SPC and wished her all the best for the future.
The Agenda for Housing SPC meeting in March shall discuss the following topics; 1. Scheme of Lettings – Proposed revised Scheme & 2. DCC Flat Complex Regeneration proposals.
