Motion in the name of Councillor Anthony Connaghan That the Manager arranges for a raised Pedestrian Crossing adjacent to the railed green area on Cappagh Road between Abbotstown Road and Ratoath Drive. There are numerous children on the southern side of Cappagh Road who use the safe railed off green area to play but have to cross a very busy road to access the park.
