That the Manager looks again into creating a bike hub in Finglas and Ballymun ward. This will create opportunities for all our people to access different type of cycling options without the huge individual outlay. It will support our move to active modes of travel. It will create training and employment opportunities for our community. This is a win win opportunity for everyone and our environment. 

That the North West Office write to all Dublin City Council tenants and private residents where possible asking them to produce evidence of waste disposal.  The level of illegal dumping across Ballymun and Finglas is causing huge distress to residents.  There is a perception among the community that there is no consequences for illegal dumping.

That this Area Committee seeks a review of the collection of leaves in the Dublin North West area with a view to improvement. The collection of leaves is a basic function of the local authority and taking up to 5 days to collect bags is unacceptable.
