19.	Motion in the name of Councillor Andrew Montague That the Council choose suitable street lighting for residential areas that complies with best standards. Currently new LED lights on Lorcan Drive are on the Grey-Blue spectrum with a low colour rendering index (CRI). We should instead have a high quality warm LED source with a high CRI. The lights should also be properly shielded to avoid light spill into residents windows.
