Motion in the name of Councillor Andrew Keegan Motion to local NW Area meeting, Finglas resident group and in association with Respond, to ask the committee and the manager to reconsider housing on plot of land, Finglas Rd. Dublin 11, near Tolka Valley Park, if the manager could consider perhaps rapid build or small apartment development similar in type in the area that might be suitable, the motion notes that the plot of land is designated recreational and not housing and would have to be considered to be rezoned.

We had presentations to the North West Area Committee looking to establish a cycling route through the Eustace Lands and Albert College Park. Can the council provide an update on these proposals?

Motion in the name of Councillor Cathleen Carney Boud That the manager arranges for a survey of parking facilities and parking needs for the Ballymun ‘village’ and to follow through with any actions that need to be taken to address any shortfalls that are identified.
