Can the Manager provide details of investigations which were carried out to see about the feasibility of a Skate Park in Tolka Valley Park.

Motion to local NW Area meeting, Finglas resident group and in association with Respond, to ask the committee and the manager to reconsider housing on plot of land, Finglas Rd. Dublin 11, near Tolka Valley Park, if the manager could consider perhaps rapid build or small apartment development similar in type in the area that might be suitable, the motion notes that the plot of land is designated recreational and not housing and would have to be considered to be rezoned.

That the manager arranges for a survey of parking facilities and parking needs for the Ballymun ‘village’ and to follow through with any actions that need to be taken to address any shortfalls that are identified.

That the Manager brings forward a report in the near future with a proposal that the maisonettes in Ballygall Parade are re-developed with the aim to provide better quality housing for tenants.
