It was proposed by Councillor A Clancy and seconded by Councillor N O Muiri “It is hereby resolved that we, the Lord Mayor and members of Dublin City Council, being the Road Authority for the City of Dublin declare the roads and footpaths at Sion Hill Park, Drumcondra, Dublin 9, to be public roads and footpaths as shown on Drawing R.M. 36823 in accordance with Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993.” The motion was put and carried.
