It was proposed by Councillor M Flynn and seconded by Councillor A Feeney “That Dublin City Council considers Report No.321/2017”

 

Members were then informed that an amendment to this report had been put forward by Councillors R McGinley and A Feeney. The amendment was agreed and accordingly the following resolution was proposed by Councillor R McGinley and seconded by Councillor A Feeney:

 

“That Dublin City Council notes the contents of Report No.321/2017 as amended and approves the addition of Structures within curtilage, including college chapel, building to the south of the chapel, red brick L shaped wing, exterior northern boundary wall on Bloomfield Avenue and excluding post 1930 structures, St Mary's College, Gayfield, Bloomfield Avenue, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 (Site is also known as 'Avila'), to the Record of Protected Structures in accordance with Section 54 and 55 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000”.
