That this Committee recommends the addition of the Spencer Lift Bridge, including stone plaque and abutments, Sheriff Street to the Record of Protected Structure in accordance with Section 54 and 55 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, notwithstanding the decision of January 2013 not to do this on the basis that, at that time, the Senior Planner deemed that the heritage reasons for adding the bridge to the RPS were outweighed by financial considerations.

That this Committee recommends the addition of
the Spencer Lift Bridge, including stone plaque and abutments,
Sheriff Street to the Record of Protected Structure in accordance
with Section 54 and 55 of the Planning and Development Act 2000,
