Issue - meetings

The Manager informed the meeting that the minutes would be amended to include the attendance of Councillors Deborah Byrne and Kelsey May Daly.  

The minutes of the City Council meeting held on 4^th September 2023 having been
printed, certified by the Meetings Administrator, circulated to the Members and taken
as read, were signed by the Lord Mayor.
