It was proposed by Councillor Flynn that issues of importance for Councillors be highlighted to the Chair of the SPC who will arrange for distribution to all Councillors. Deirdre Ní Raghallaigh to advise Chairs of SPCs of this recourse for sectoral SPC members and confirm in writing to Chair of Protocol.
