	Address by the Chairperson The Chair informed the members that the nature of this meeting was introductory and an opportunity, especially for new members to get up to date with the major stakeholders with whom the committee will be engaging over the next five years. She said while the members may flag items they may wish the SPC to consider, no major policy decisions would be made at this meeting, its purpose is to give an overview of the remit of this newly formed Mobility and Public Realm SPC. Minutes: Councillor Flynn raised issues regarding process for choosing sectoral members of the SPC and Dr Sinnott sought a response to a question he raised with the Chief Executive on the route some sectoral nominees take to being selected bypassing the PPN system. Ms Brogan informed the Committee that it was agreed at November City Council that the process for the formation of SPCs has been referred to December’s Protocol Meeting to initiate a review.
