(1) Motion in the name of Councillor John Lyons Acknowledging the lack of investment in new sporting facilities in the North Central Area over recent years and the recent closing of the all-weather facility at Parnells GAA Coolock, the Area Committee calls for the purchase by Dublin City Council of the Parnells facility so the young people playing for the local football clubs are not further disadvantaged by the reduction of available places to play and train.
