Motion in the name of Lord Mayor Paul McAuliffe Can the Manager seek a resolution with regards to ongoing issues with the dog waste binning facing Tolka Valley Estate. I had raised this matter previously, but the resident is adamant that the problem is continuing and is hopeful that the bin could be moved further into the green area and away from the houses.

Motion in the name of Councillor Keith Connolly That this committee looks at the feasibility of having an economic officer for the Finglas area.

Motion in the name of Councillor Caroline Conroy That the Manager does not allow any felling of trees on St. Canice's Rd until an additional assessment of the condition of the trees is undertaken by a second arborist, and that a report on this assessment has been considered by the Council, due to the inaccuracies in the first report, and in addition before further discussions with residents and consideration of their suggestions regarding alternative approaches to repairing the defective pavements, as stated in the Dublin City Tree Strategy 2016-2020 section 3.5.5. |
