To ask the Manager to develop a strategy where the extessive cameras in Ballymun can be used to tackle the scourge of illegal dumping. The community is very conscious of the “state of the art” cameras which were erected during the regeneration but yet they are very frustrated at how they don’t appear to be a benefit for the prevention of crime. Often illegal dumping takes place directly beside the cameras.
