To ask the manager why all properties in Finglas are not being given the upgrade in insulation to the same standard.  How many properties are affected and what can be done to ensure no council property is left out.

That the Manager arranges for an upgrade to Northway Park to allow universal accessibility. In poor weather the park is virtually inaccessible for most users let alone people who need walking aids/wheelchairs etc.

That the latest decision not to remove the Bicycles Racks from Longdale Terrace is reversed.  This was committed to at the start of the year and now that commitment has been reneged on.  There is serious issues with parking at this location which leads to disagreement between residents.  The road is badly designed and the racks take up space and have never been used.  An alternative location would be Longdale Terrace against the wall which is a constant spot for illegal dumping and it may help that.

That the Manager carry out a feasibility study for the provision of a skateboard park in the north west area, with a view to countering the dangerous quad bike and scrambler activity and that he reports back to this committee within three months.

That this committee seeks to find an alternative to the issue of pesticides no longer being used in the Weeding programme.
