Motion in the name of Councillor Paul McAuliffe The NWAC Committee again call on the owners of the Drake Pub in Finglas to come before the North West Area Committee to outline their plans for the site, the committee further call on the City Council's Dangerous Building Section to re-examine the building to see what remedial measures the owners must take to make the site safe.

18.	Motion in the name of Councillor Noeleen Reilly That the manager arranges for the Clothes Bank in Whitehall Car Park to be moved as drivers using the car park cannot see each other when entering and leaving the car park.
19.	Motion in the name of Councillor Noeleen Reilly That this Area Committee expresses concern that basic levels of Road Maintenance is not being carried out to any satisfactory level. For example there are potholes on main roads like Balbutcher lane, Glasnevin Avenue and Griffith Avenue and they remain unrepaired after being reported months ago and their size has increased. There is no maintenance on footpaths in the area and this needs to be addressed.
