Motion in the name of Councillor Cieran Perry

Can the Manager comment on the reply by the Chief Executive to a council question by Cllr McAdam in relation to the transfer of land between Transport Infrastructure Ireland and Dublin City Council (attached). Contrary to the update received from the local area office, the Chief Executive appears to be ruling out the possibility of the transfer taking place.

5.

Motion in the name of Councillor Cieran Perry

As per my motion to the North West Area Committee in December 2016, can the Manager confirm that community representation on the Dalymount Park Project Steering Group will be facilitated on completion of the detailed analysis of the Dalymount Park Redevelopment Project and prior to the procurement of a design team?

6.

Motion in the name of Councillor Anthony Connaghan

That the Manager arranges for a more regular cleaning schedule around the Broombridge/Bannow Road area. This area is going to see a lot more pedestrian traffic in a few weeks when the Luas Broombridge line officially opens and the onus is on us to ensure this area is kept in a satisfactory state.

That the Manager arranges for the laneways between the Poppintree Courts to be cleared.  Residents have been waiting for quite a while for this to happen.

21.

Motion in the name of Councillor Noeleen Reilly

That the Area Committee expresses concerns that the LIHAF funding committed to Ballymun by Minister Simon Coveney on his visit last year has still not materialised, given the vital importance for works to be completed on land so that building can commence.  An update is requested from the new Minister Eoghan Murphy on when we can expect this funding.
