The North West Are Committee call on DCC to investigate traffic flows and parking on the North Road following the opening of several businesses and the expected opening of the crèche.

Motion in the name of Councillor Paul McAuliffe Arising from an email to all Councillors by the Combined Finglas South Residents Association, The North West Area Committee call on the Area Manager to establish a process to plan future growth in social, affordable and private housing in the Finglas Area. This process should identify the amount of development land in the area and make a recommendation if a statutory Local Area Plan is required or if another plan format will help identify future service needs.
