Motion in the name of Councillor Anthony Connaghan That this Area Committee agrees that the Scribblestown Site is not ideal for the proposed PPP scheme and we call on the Housing Manager to withdraw any support for this site. If the PPP route is followed we further call on the Housing Manager to identify an alternative site in the DCC area which would be more suitable for this development.

That the North West Area Committee wishes to delay the planning process for the PPP Scribblestown Development until an agreement can be made in relation to Density and Social Mix. |

Motion in the name of Councillor Anthony Connaghan That this Area Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for a full inspection of roads and footpaths in the Finglas Village area and to expedite any repairs/re-instatements necessary to bring it up to a satisfactory standard.

That the Area Committee supports the Ballymun Child & Family resource centre in converting a children’s toilet to an adult toilet. There is only one adult toilet and it just cannot cater for the number of people visiting the centre.
